Marble sourdough is a type of artisan bread that has gained popularity in recent years. It is characterized by its marbled appearance, which is created by the use of two types of dough – one made with white flour and the other made with whole wheat flour. The two doughs are combined and twisted together before baking, resulting in a beautiful swirl pattern that runs throughout the bread. This unique appearance makes marble sourdough an attractive addition to any bread basket or meal.

Aside from its appearance, marble sourdough also boasts a rich, tangy flavor that is characteristic of sourdough bread. The use of natural yeast and a long fermentation process gives the bread a complex flavor profile that is unmatched by commercial breads. Additionally, the use of whole wheat flour adds a nutty, wholesome flavor to the bread. Overall, marble sourdough is a delicious and visually stunning bread that is sure to impress anyone who tries it.
