How to make Classic Chinese Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 5oz Shiitakes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Bell peppers
- 1 Bunch scallions
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 1/2 Cup vegetable stock
- 1 Tbsp tamari
- 1 Tbsp Chinese vinegar
- 1 Tbsp chili crisp
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Grape seed oil
- Soy sauce
- Corn starch
Instructions
1. Add grapeseed oil to pan pan and put on medium heat.
2. Add scallions, onions and ginger to pan. Mix and let sit on heat for 2 minutes before adding peppers and shiitakes.
3. Create the stir-fry sauce: add tamari, Chinese vinegar, chili crisp and sesame oil and mix. Add sauce to vegetables on pan and then add vegetable stock.
4. Add corn starch to small bowl and add small amount of water. Slowly add mixed corn starch to the stir fry while mixing.
5. Plate and enjoy!
