  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbs parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • optional: fresh parsley garnish
