Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad is a savory and spicy salad that combines cooked pasta, shredded chicken, crunchy vegetables, and a tangy buffalo sauce dressing. The salad typically features ingredients like rotini or bowtie pasta, diced chicken breast, celery, red onion, and crumbled blue cheese.
To make the salad, the cooked pasta is combined with the shredded chicken and chopped vegetables. Then, a buffalo sauce dressing is prepared by mixing buffalo sauce, mayonnaise, sour cream, and a few other seasonings together. The dressing is then poured over the pasta and chicken mixture and everything is tossed together until well coated.
The result is a delicious and satisfying salad that has a bold and spicy flavor, balanced by the creaminess of the dressing and the crunch of the vegetables. It can be served as a side dish or a main course, and is a perfect dish for picnics, potlucks, or any casual gathering.
